So for about two weeks I have been way under my calorie goal, I'm eating 800 calories - 1100 sometimes 1200.
I am just not hungry, I eat my meals drink my water and just do not feel the need to eat anymore.
I weighed myself last week and lost over 3 pounds, I did not really think of it as much because my weight changes within the week.
I re weighed myself and was bothered by the fact I went from 207 - 203.
when I do snack it is always berries or a granola bar or just drink more water I never have the need to eat another small meal!
I am pretty sure this is also the reasoning for me feeling really light headed when I stand up and get dizzy, scared that this is going to develop into an eating disorder.

Simple solution, eat more. If you arent hungry choose foods that are more calorie dense or drink some liquid calories.0

it might be psychological because at those calories... you are hungry. and if you arent at the moment over time you will be.
when i first started dieting i always told myself i wasnt hungry when i was because i felt guilty for everything i ate. or i thought if i ate i would be self destructive.
in truth, not eating is self destructive. and after a while i realized i just couldnt tell myself i wasnt hungry for my whole life and started following a reasonable plan.
if you really want to lose weight eat your calories. . because the habits you start now and continue are the ones you will continue... you want them to be healthy ones.0 -

yeah. I guess when I'm focused on something I just completely forget about food and the next thing I know it's time to sleep and I am way under my calorie goal, need to find a snack food that I enjoy eating that will help.0
