Hello
I'm going to have a go at this juicing business and wondered (as I like a lie in in the morning) can I make up my juices and freeze them or does that just ruin them completely?
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice!

I've read that you can freeze them. I will sometimes make mine the night before to pack in my cooler for work the next morning. I just keep the container in the fridge. They still taste good, but I have to give them a good shake in the container to mix the ingredients before I drink.
