    I'm 5'2 and started around 173. Now I'm at my goal at around 120. It took me about two years total. The last 10lbs took me about a year! You can do it !

    I am 5'2 start weight between 209-212 and now I am between 190-193 I have been at a stand still for bout 2 months but I have not been sticking to my healthy eating like I should. I usually cheat on the weekends but I am not giving up. My long term goal weight is 150 but my short term goal weight is 180 by my birthday Nov 6th.

    I love this post :smile: The stories posted are very motivational!

    I'm 5' and 178.4. I started out (about a week ago) at 183.4. I'm pretty sure what I've lost so far is water weight, so now I'm excited to start seeing real lbs dropped. I'd be happy to get some new friends. It really helps to have accountability with people starting out in a similar place as you, or people who have been there.

    I am 5'1" and a work in progress. Seriously started the journey the end of April at 139. Currently at 130 with a goal of 115/120 (we'll see how I feel). Very happy with my loss so far. Running 20 minutes every morning and doing ymca classes (circuit training or cardio) 3-4 times per week. Also eating at a defecit (Average daily calories is around 1400-1500).

    I'm 5'2 . I started my journey in 2012 at 179.9 lbs and as of last weeks weigh in , I am at 144 with a goal weight of 135. Its been a struggle for me changing my eating habits as well as finding an exercise I enjoy . I am currently training to run a 10k in September and perhaps a half in April.     I'm almost 5'2, weighed almost 170 at my heaviest, currently at 120 and have kept most of the weight off thanks to this wonderful site!!!

    I am 5'2 and started at 166 lbs back in January. I am now down to 136 lbs. The before was taken April 2013 and the after was yesterday. I have no idea what my body fat % was or is. I tried to eat at 1200 a day, but some days went over.

    I'm 5'2" and currently 185. I started at 248. I'm aiming for 136 - it would put me just into the BMI category of "normal." We'll see if that's possible when I get closer. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome so weight loss is harder. I've made lots of sustainable changes and have learned a lot on this site. I'd love more fellow 5'2" friends so anyone can add me.
