Hi everyone! I'm here because it's time to get my lazy butt into shape! I'm also here because I need all the help I can get. I've tried for years to do this by myself and it just doesn't work. I need to support and motivation to do this. I am a yoyo member of WW. I succeed and then fail constantly. I finally did something about the fitness end - hired a trainer. Now I need to start working on learning about calories, monitoring them, and CONTINUE monitoring them. This is where I need help! I am great at tracking for a few weeks, and then fail. Anyone willing to push me daily to track? I need support!!!
