new workout ideas

Can you guys give me pointers on a new workout routine? I usually do 60 min of cardio with 20 min of weights, but I am kinda feeling on changing my workout. I'm about 5 pounds away from my GW and I feel like my weight loss has been stagnant bc my workout is so redundant (I eat heathy and rarely have cheat days/meals). What can I do?? Should I focus now more on weights and little cardio or what? I do actually enjoy cardio, but sometimes it does get boring and does feel redundant sometimes
