Okay so I was browsing through a few weight loss sites, and I was shocked to see a few saying fruit is bad for weight loss...
I always thought it was good for weight loss because it helped things flow trough ya, ya know? And it had "good sugars"...
SO is it true? Cuz I eat A LOT of fruit...

The only thing bad for weight loss is any food eaten in at maintenance or surplus.
Calorie deficit will result in weight loss, irregardless of food.0 -
Sugar is sugar.
Eat the fruit.
The only thing that will be bad for weight loss…. is a calorie surplus.0 -
Are you eating enough fruit to cause you to exceed your calorie goals? Too many calories (yes, regardless of where they come from) is the only thing that's "bad" for weight loss. If you stay within your calorie goals (yes, regardless of where they come from), then you're good.
(Assuming no underlying medical conditions that would require someone to limit/restrict/monitor carbohydrates/sugars.)0 -
LOL no.0

You are going to need to learn to evaluate the sources you're using and stop reading those that you can't trust. There are just too many opinions and conflicting pieces of advice out there to trust everything that you read.
I eat fruit daily. Context and quantity matter far more than any good vs. bad labels you might apply to entire food groups.0 -
I am diabetic so i have to watch sugar. Not fruit but carbs. Everything in right porportions. Eating only fruit is not healthy but eating all meat or isnt either. Need to find the right balance. People speak about there experience not reality.0
