Hi guys,

I've read some celebrities swear by unusual ways of eating for keeping weight off/ loosing weight. E.g. Ivana Trump used to only eat mountains of egg whites and not much else; whilst Shirley Bassey had a rule that she would always have a juice for breakfast but that she would never juice veg and fruit together.

One of mine is I never start the day without fresh orange juice. ever. I feel awful if i do!

I was just wondering if anyone on here had any unusual eating habits they swear by??

I'm not sure it qualifies as unusual, but I find it much easier to control my weight if I eat one large meal per day, and just a couple of snacks between. I don't limit what hours I can eat like IF or what foods I can eat like Paleo or low carb or other restrictive diets, but I really like a big filling high calorie meal. I feel deprived without it.

I eat one large meal per day

Breakfast and lunch are usually pretty small, around 400 calories or a little over. Then for dinner I have a large meal.

People usually say eat 5-6 small meals per day to "make your metabolism fast", doesn't work, it's not convenient.
