    There is something so special about having a size that starts with a 1 instead of a 2! I remember how gleeful I felt when I started fitting into 18s. Way to go, you! Wonderful job and so inspiring!

    Wow! You look absolutely fab, if I can look half as good as you then it gives me attitude to continue. I have now signed on for 20 days and lost nine lbs which I am really proud of, thanks for the great encouragement.
    I am off to take some photos that will remind me, but otherwise will probably never see the light of day again!

    I'm trying to have that mindset this time around, too. So far I'm down 35 pounds (I started MFP after I had already lost 20 pounds), which is more than I've ever lost before. And, I'm finding that by changing my mindset, it actually feels EASIER to lose weight! I'm not obsessing over the numbers or the slip-ups like I had in the past..and, in fact, that's making me slip up less!
