One meal a day

Has anyone had success in eating a majority of their calories at one time and still losing? I typically eat some fruit before working out at 6 am and proceed to eat around 1500-2000 calories within 30-45 min afterward. My meal consists of eggs, egg whites, toast, jelly, peanut butter, almond butter, honey, special k chocolate cereal, honey bunches of oats protein cereal, and oatmeal with blueberries. I eat pretty light the rest of the day - maybe like 3 150 cal snacks at most. Is this bad to do?

As long as you're eating at a reasonable defecit, meal frequency does not matter. I'm pretty sure many people on here have had success on eating just one large meal each day, or eating all of their calories in a small window of time (e.g., only eating between noon and 6:00 p.m.). Do what works best for you.0
