Worried weight loss.

Hi, I'm new & I'm very scared actually. I checked my weight Wednesday & I weighed 186 & I checked it today ( Friday) & it is 184, so I lost 2 pounds in 2 days!? Is that normal? I'm scared. Also if I am 184 I lost 3-4 pounds this week & I have no idea how & I think it isn't normal because I weigh in the 180's & I eat 1200 calories & exercise 3 times a week. Please try helping me .. Im in need

    Sounds like you lost some water weight. That's entirely normal. Weight is going to fluctuate by a few pounds from day to day due to changes in diet, activity, hormones, salt, sodium, carbs, etc. Try not to worry about the little fluctuations unless it becomes a longer trend.
