Hi everyone my name is Tina. I am 20 years old and have a 2 year old son, who is the light of my life. I'm ready to make some changes in my life starting with loosing weight and shaping up. I want to feel like I look good and I want my Husband to want to walk around the store with me ( even though he says he does now) but I'd feel better if I looked better for him. I like probably everyone here need alot of support and I have my friends and my husbands support, but sometimes we need the extra support from people who are in the same boat we are. So if anyone needs extra support I am here and hope I can count on some of ya'll as well.

    Welcome to this site you will find it very helpful I joined about 2wks ago & find reading the different posts inspiring. Just remember to keep a positive attitude & when you slip a little don't be hard on yourself just get back on track. The first week or two is always the hardest as your body is adjusting to the changes. You will look more beautiful & will be happy with yourself & you will have so much more energy to keep up with your little one. Good luck with your journey to a more healthy you!
  • Hello. I am a 21 year old mother of an 11 month old little boy. I recently started P90X and am trying to loose about 30lbs. Hopefully this site, with support, and my own dieting and excercise, I will be able to meet my goal. =)
