So, I'm not trying to lose or add weight anymore, just trying to maintain. Maintain weight, BF%, strength, and endurance while I play basketball in numerous leagues.
Recently, I've lost any motivation and energy to keep training. I have no problem to get up for the games but just lifting and practicing I'm having a difficult time finding the motivation.
Any tips?

Maybe you can try and mix it up now that you've reached your goal? I think sometimes it happens because you can see the results you've been wanting so a part of you is like, "okay, now I can stop."
That's what I find happens to me sometimes anyways. I'll get in a really good place and I'll love how I'm looking so then I feel less motivated to work just as hard as I had been.0 -
I'm currently in the same boat. I haven't been to the gym in almost two weeks.
I am going to go tomorrow morning, and fall in love with lifting again.0
