Need active/tracking friends please

Hi. I'm Tyler and have had some significant weight loss success. I've lost around 100lbs in the last year. I say around because every time I get up to it, I falter and end up bingeing and/or gaining. I've just joined MFP hoping to add some structure to my meal planning and tracking. Already I'm amazed by this site and am eager to incorporate it into my routine.
I'm very active training for Ironman Canada in two weeks. After that, I'm not sure what will be next. I'd like to become a runner and continue to become lighter, making things easier on my joints.
I'm looking for any and all who are actively interested in taking back control of their life through this. I want to build a network of friends where we can support one another, get and give helpful tips what works or doesn't for each of us.
