I have carelessly tried to lose weight. I know I am carrying at least 20 pounds that I do not need. I'm 37 years old, 5'1' and 155 pounds. I feel heavy some days and feel amazing and light others, even at the same weight. My life is very very busy. Work takes up a great deal of my time, and it can be stressful. So, I have put myself and the management of my health on the back burner. I just finished 3 year Masters in Business program. Hallelujah! So, my activity has increased already. I'd like accountability from others with similar lifestyles. Discipline is something I am working on.
