Scoobyworkshop vs mfp calories?

I'm a 34 yr old female. 5'4" and about 180lbs. Mfp has my calories at 1340, for 1 lb/wk loss. I walk 3-4 times a wk for about 45 min-1hr currently. That's all my body can handle at this point due to a severe concussion last year but at least being able to walk now is a start. Scoobyworkshop says I should eat approx 1739 calories/day to lose 1lb/wk.
Mfp---> 1340 x 7 = 9380 plus, say, 800 exercise calories = 10,180 cals/wk
Scooby workshop---> 1739 x 7 = 12,173 calories/wk
That's a 2000 calorie difference, which is almost 2/3 of a lb... So I don't understand how I could lose a pound a week with both methods.
Soooo.... Which is right, and am I missing something?

Every site has given me a diff answer too. Fact is that there is no way to tell how many calories your body will burn unless you have a complete metabolic workup that tells you the truth. Otherwise this is all just an estimate. Only reason I use MFP is cause it gave me the lowest and I eat under the 1200 everyday with no problem.0
