Weigh food before/ after cooking

I am cooking chicken breast and I'm wondering if I weigh before or after I cook. I know it'll weigh less after it's cooked

Yes. Weigh before for meat and most other things.0

Always weigh raw or uncooked unless it specifically says "cooked weight".0

If you're using a cooked entry, weigh it cooked. If the entry is for raw, weigh it raw.0
