30 Day Shred & Insanity- How do you log it??

I'm just wondering how everyone logs these exercises here. For Insanity I've been logging it under "circuit training- general" I was curious to know how others are logging it and how do you log 30 Day Shred?

    I did 30 day shred on and off. I always logged it as circuit training.

    That's what I'm doing too.. but I cut the calories in half because I know I am not great at keeping up (i.e. I'm getting a bit more than minimal rest).
