My NSV

I've had my first NSV (Non Scale Victory).

I've lost weight. I know I've lost it. The scale says so. All since starting with MFP (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/).

Tonight I walked into the toilet of my local Witherspoon's and saw myself in a full length mirror.

I hardly recognised myself.

I know these sort of mirrors can lie so I looked again in the window of a shop walking home.

I've been concentrating so hard on losing the weight around my middle that I haven't noticed it disappearing from everywhere else.

I'm totally shocked.

Know where you are coming from ! I only saw nyself in full length mirror a few weeks ago and it does give you a fright ! Albeit a good one !
