Finally introducing myself

Hello!

I've been around MFP for a couple of weeks and decided it was probably time to say hello.

I downloaded the app for my iPhone to help keep track of calories, and what foods I was eating (attempting to determine more food allergies). One day my phone wasn't around so I decided to see if I could somehow input my info online, and I discovered this awesome community. I've been reading through all of the helpful (and not so helpful) information over the past few days.

Right now my goal is to get my weight down to 200 lbs. Once I've reach that goal, I'm hoping to incorporate more endurance exercise (jogging, cycling, etc) into my workout plan so I can reach my main goal of 180 lbs by March or April of 2011. I'm currently doing P90, and will move on to P90X once I have finished with that. I'm not looking to get "ripped", but just have a good enough amount of muscle to help maintain my weight loss once I have reached my goal.

    I haven't introduced myself yet either but have been on here a few months and... wow. What a huge help this site is!
