    yes, they're fairly accurate. I was just thinking the other day that i should get some LOL

    I did atkins years ago. I ate very little carbs, making sure i stayed in the ketois zone, using the sticks. Honestly, when I stopped atkins i gained back the weight. You really should find a way of eating you can use for life. To answer your question i would say they do work.
