My name is Fernando and I haven' t used this app in two years. At at my highest weight so I have to do something about it. Not terribly overweight but I certainly don't wan to get any bigger and I actually want to shed about 45 lbs. I am a 225 lbs right now. At 5'8" that's pretty heavy. . I know it's probably not reasonable or realistic to lose that much weight but who knows. I've been bicycling about 55 miles a week for the last two weeks. I plan to stick with it. My only hope is that it doesn't get boring. Currently I am having a lot of fun discovering the routes within a 10 mile radius from my house.
