Just bought Wii fit plus today!!! Are the calories burned less or more than what it says?

    Have you tried the Wii Active?? That one is a ton better to burn calories....

    I love my Wii Fit+ too! Never, ever thought I would buy what I considered a 'video game' :laugh: Considering how close it is to getting my weight right I figure it's got to be pretty accurate with the calories burned part too. My favorite is the rhythm boxing of all things :noway: I'm terrible at anything concerning balance or coordination :laugh: :blushing:

    It's about the same. I use a heart rate monitor when I play and it's usually +/- 10 calories.

    Im using INSANITY workout.. but i wanna try Wii Fit soooo bad!!! ughhhh hope i can buy it next week or so!

    Love the Wii Fit but I found I get a better workout from the Wii Active. Have fun! :)

    So I take it I should invest in Wii Active? Lol. I've seen it advertised and I was going to look into it but I keep forgetting.

    My boyfriends mom has Wii Fit+ and I spent 2 hours on there before i actually realized it. Gotta say, it's very entertaining and I never really knew I was working out (well I did but it didn't feel like it). I haven't done the strength training part in there yet. I'm hoping to get that or Wii Active for Christmas.
