Hello !
So I am new to this my name is kristen I'm 28 and mom of 3. I am on the path to a new healthy lifestyle and ready to change my ways. I am given 1390 calories and every night when going to bed I look at my mfp and still have 300-400 calories left. I know it doesn't seem hard to eat up your calories but all I eat is healthy smaller portions now and eat 3 meals with 2 snacks a day but they are all low in calories...is it OK that I'm short this much every night? Thanks for the help ????

The conventional wisdom is that you should always eat at least 1200 calories a day otherwise you run the risk of doing long term damage.
I would suggest you pre-plan your day so that you add 100 calories more for each of your three main meals. That way you will always be very close to your daily target.0
