Hi Im Donna, im 36 and live in west sussex
I am hoping to lose at least a stone...im currently 10st 13lb - and a size 14 - but hate it!
i want to be a size 10-12 again and would be happy with a 9st something weight :-)

i have had problems in the past with eating - where i didnt eat enough, due to the fact i just wasnt hungry!
i then started making myself eat small amounts regularly, and the weight is now coming off :-)

im currently in a pretty bad on/off relationship which doesnt help me

    Im 24 from Ireland.
    I am currently doing WW but have just started tracking with My Fitness Pal too.
    My starting weight was 11 stone 4 last Sept and I am now 9 stone 4.5.
    My goal is to get to 8 stone 11 and have lost 2 and a half stone.
    I am also trying to get fit.
    I am doing couch to 5k on and off (more off than on) and do a bit of walking....both of these need to be increased.
    I am also thinking of starting kettlebells if I can get the courage to join a class.
