I have been on a roller coaster of weight gain and loss all my life. Now is the time to loose the weight the right way! I have a nine month old and don't want her to learn my poor habits. I am looking forward to having the energy to do those things I used to love to do! Lets get started!

Well ladies, the secret is to put yourself first. I understand you have kids. I have 3. However if you make sure you find time to exercise, then they will see that as an example as well. I don't mean to sound all preachy that is not my intent. I just think everyone can find at least 30 mins a day.0 -
