Weight Loss Jar

Hi all,

Thought I would share my weight loss jar idea with you. It's easy and probably posted before, but hey!

All you need are two jars, one for weight to lose and one for weight lost.

Then sort yourself out coins, buttons, pretty beads (that's what I have) equating the number of pounds/kilos to lose.

All the 'to lose' beads/coins go in the 'to lose'jar and get moved over to the 'lost' jar as you continue on your journey.
For those horrid half pound moments, I use a 50p peice on the top of my jar (get it, half a pound lost!) but I guess that doesn't work so well Kilo wise

My jar is just a cheap kilner screw top jar from The Range, with a lovely piece of ribbon and a heart attached to that around the neck of the jar. Beads are courtesy of Hobbycraft.

It sits on my kitchen windowsill, reminding me not to snack should I feel myself wavering.......

Hope this post was useful
