gauging my activity level for TDEE

Using a few online calculators my BMR is 1305-1315 (1300 to make it tidy) the TDEE varies between 1909-2039 depending on which I used. I select Ted moderately active but I hope some of you could help determine if that is true.
My normal activity that I do not log on MFP includes:
20 minute casual walk with the dog daily
Light housework
At my job I probably sit 50% of the time in 30 minute blocks and stand or move around slightly the rest of the time. Pushing kids on swings walking with them. Nothing strenuous.
At least 3 times a week during the summer I do something with my own kids like soccer (not too much running though) or swimming (casual although I try to squeeze in a,lap here and there).
Then I log my workouts (but I want to stop thinking of these calories as food calories):
30 minute run 6 days a week has been my current trend but recently I am increasing to 60 minutes. I run 6.0 MPH and according to the HRM on the treadmill I average around 150 HR. Not sure about my outdoor runs.
I want to switch up my routine to 30-60 minutes of cardio 6x a week and 3 days of strength training (probably on low cardio days).
I'm thinking a daily average of about 1400 should help me lose a little over a pound a week. Does that seem right or should I eat more or less. I want to enjoy my summer by not feeling deprived but I also want to lose at least 5 more pounds before the end of summer.

I think your best bet is to try 1400 and see what happens. You could drive yourself nuts trying to pin down some accurate TDEE when all you need is to track intake and results. If you lose a pound a week, bingo, nailed it! If not, eat less or more. Good luck!0
