Calling all meal preppers. How do you cook and store your chicken or any meat so that it stays fresh and yummy all week long? Do you freeze it or refrigerate it? Bake or pan frie? Ect?
please and thank you.

I cook chicken breasts on a grill, 4 to 10 pieces at a time. I just keep it in a fridge, since it's usually gone within few days  My better half is trying to gain lean mass, so chicken is a part of every other meal. Sorry, I probably wasn't very helpful :blushing:0

However I cook it, I make sure it's cooled a bit before putting it away. Then I store it in glass. It may just be in my head, but I think chicken stored in plastic, especially plastic bags has a funny "fridge" taste that glass doesn't. Like I said though, I may be crazy.0
