Comparing coffee syrup brands- Torani, Davinci, Dolce

Torani Sugar free coffee syrups have been my salvation thru my weight loss efforts. I always buy the large bottles since we use it so much. Sams club used to carry many flavors, and World Market had every flavor you can imagine.
Problem- Sams quit carrying it in any nearby stores, and our World Market shut down.
Went online to see about buying them Wholesale, and found Davinci and Dolce brand syrups that are much less expensive than the Torani, and I can mix and match cases of Davinci and Dolce, so I can get a variety.
Has anyone tried these brands, and if you have an opinion of which brand is better? Or are they all pretty much the same?
Please no fear-mongering comments about artificial sweeteners. You will pry my flavored coffees from my cold dead hands! :drinker:
Just wanting some opinions on comparing the brands from those who use them. Thanks.

I use Davinci and Toriani all the time and cannot tell them apart, so I go with the cheaper/flavors I like. I usually order a bunch of them at a time on netrition.com.0

This wasn't your question, but if you have a Smart and Final near you, they have great prices on the Torani syrups. I am very picky and prefer the Torani SF French vanilla or the Starbucks SF vanilla. Not a fan of the Dolce or DaVinci.0

I use Torani in my baking, both SF & sugar-loaded. I tossed out the Dalvinci a long time ago. If I remember right, the SF Dalvinci had an after-taste. Never tried Dolce.0

I prefer torani, but sometimes davinci is okay for simple flavors.
Torani has an amazing sugar free hazelnut that I use on days I have coffee. Torani's SF Almond Roca, Vanilla Bean, Gingerbread, Pumpkin Pie, Irish Cream, or English Toffee are usually on hand in my home for flavored coffee. They also have SF Red Raspberry and Watermelon, which I use in mixed drinks.
I think SF Davinci caramel flavor is nasty, but their SF Butterscotch is okay. My favorite Dacinci SF are Kahlua and Toasted Marshmellow. I was disappointed by German Chocolate and Cookie Dough.
I buy them at Cash N Carry or Costco, most restaurant supplier chains/wholesale sell Torani for cheap because small business coffee shops and the like stock up there.0 -
Do you have a Cash&Carry or some kind of other open-to-the-public food service wholesale store? They're all SO inexpensive there. The ones I used to get was like $3-$4 for a big bottle, if I remember right [I can't remember the brand - I'm always getting them all mixed up]. It's totally ridiculous because grocery stores sell a few flavors of the baby bottles for that price. What a rip off!
My fave flavors were pumpkin pie/pumpkin spice and macadamia nut.
ETA that I looked up Cash & Carry & I think the ones I used to buy were Torani, because they're like $4.15 for a 750ML bottle and Davinci is $5.50 for a 700ML. So the only ones I can vouch for are Torani, and like you, I really liked their regular and sugar free flavors. I think I particularly liked them because they were made with Splenda and not other random sweeteners - & there was no weird flavor change because of it!0 -
Thanks for the feedback! Sounds like I will stick with the Torani brand. I was really wanting to try the German Chocolate cake from Davinci, but glad to hear it was a disappointment.
I found a Sams Club in a nearby city that says they have all the basic SF flavors in stock, and they are $5.62 a bottle. Actually cheaper than the online site I was looking at, since I wont have shipping costs. So guess I am heading there in the next few days.
I will also check to see if there is a Costco anywhere near, and if any of my friends have a membership there. Maybe they have more flavors.
Thanks again! :drinker:0 -

Cash and Carry stores are apparently only on the West Coast.:grumble: That is a great price!0 -

Sam's Club is the large lot members club like Costco. It is owned by Walmart. It is awesome. Except when they stop carrying things I love- like the Torani syrups!!0
