exercises you can do at work

I'm stuck behind a computer all day at my retail job,what are some exercises I can squeeze in while I am here? Clenching my booty will only get me so far....:smokin:

    Pushups from a desk or wall.
    dips from a chair.

    ^^^^ Check out this link, I wrote these exact exercises on note cards and I pick out 2 or 3 to do a day when I'm at work. I also work a desk job (8-9 hours a day) and there are some days I haven't gotten up from my chair for hours. These really help, sometimes it may feel like you're not doing anything but it makes a big difference than just sitting there. Good luck!
