    One tblsp of Adams All Natural Pnut butter with One tblsp of Smuckers Simply Fruit (fruit spread)! I use the seedless raspberry! That is my breakfast nearly every morning!

    -almond butter and fruit preserves (cherry and apricot are my fave.)

    -light cream cheese, fruit preserves, and sliced kiwi

    -avacado slices with salsa

    -peanut butter and banana ( drizzled honey too?!)

    -almond or peanut butter with apple slices and cinnamon

    - strawberries and drizzle of light chocolate syrup
