so im writing this because there are still so many people who eigther dont know what Crossfit is or refuse to get on board; well im here to tell you the time is now. Cross fit is a high intensity functional constantly varieing work out that in most cases allows you to burn in the neighborhood of 200-600 calories in uunder 25 min.

now before you say imposible let me say this it's the hardest workout you will probabbly ever do and it hurts sooooo good.

the best part about crossfit is that its a sport as well as a workout plan so if your competative it keeps you motivated to go and beat someone else. Crossfit.com can explain exactly what it is in great detail from the workouts all the way to the nutrition aspect wich is probaably the easiest diet you will ever be on and so simple to stick to.

most workouts last from 7-25 min for example today was only 16 min long


consists of:
35 squats x3
40Meter burpe pushups x3
25 box jumos x3


it shounds like alot but depending on your fitness level you should be able to complete each round in about 6 min. it is constant with no break what so ever, pushing your self to keep that cardio and heartrate up to its max at all times. this workout took me 16 min to complete and as close as an acurate calorie count as one can get doing this i burned 400 calories. not bad for less then 20 min,

corssfit is a way of life and if your into fitness you will never stop once you get started. you start to see results within the first 2 weeks and i mean amazing results. i do believe if you begin with the WOD's (workout of the day) you can see how fun and simple it is to stay motivated.
