Sooo great! You're my new hero.
I'm 5'9 and right now I'm 240. I don't 'hate' so much as feel uncomfortable the way I look. I miss seeing nice toned arms. I'm on my way, since I've been "lifting" for a few months now.
I feel you on the size and everything. OK, I don't have big knockers but I aspire to be a nice 175 again.
I don't usually say this but I feel proud for you. And I feel more inspired. I didn't think I would feel like that. I came to this website all cynical and saying "I don't' need inspiration; if I can't inspire myself, I deserve to be overweight." How wrong I was. \\
Here's to another "A-HA" moment.
