I'm a little lacking in the food department right now, which thing (or which combination of things) would be the best for a post-cardio workout?
-Almonds
-Raisins
-Plain Oatmeal
-Turkey dog (no bun, no condiments, just the dog itself)
-Plain Turkey Slices (Again, no bread because calories)

Nuts and trail mix are great to eat post-workout! How about making a trail mix out of almonds and raisins?0

Sounds like a good idea! I also have pecans and peanuts but I'd have to go light on those.0

Why avoid bread for calories unless it puts you over your NET caloric goal?0 -

Oatmeal with a few of the almonds thrown in it for some fat and a teeny bit of protein.
Chocolate milk is always my go-to for post-cardio refuel, though. Pretty cheap, too.0 -

Actually, oatmeal with both the almonds and the raisins -- yum.0
