I think it's kind of funny the obvious needs stating. But I have found I am better at losing weight/sticking to my goals when I jot down everything.

    I agree with this. I think seeing the numbers and knowing when I hit my limit no more food is allowed, and I conciously make that decision, has kept me losing and will keep me on track for the long haul. Thanks for sharing this article.
