My name is jasmine. I've struggled with my weight over the last 5 years. I'm 5'8, around 218lbs. Goal weight is 160-170 area. Before pregnancy I was very athletic (played basketball for 15+ years) and I weighed 150 and was toned. Pregnancy slapped on a good 40lbs and ever since I've been out of control with my weight. I am a nurse I'm on my feet all day at my job. I eat fairly healthy but I see minimal changes in my weight... Any advice ?!? Anyways nice to meet you all and good luck!! I could use some encouragement!
