I always weight right when i wake up and after the gym its about 2lbs lower then by the evening its back up about a 1pound I would say first thing in the morning weight is the most accurate... I try not to get on the scales but once a week, but it's really hard.0

I would say take your weight on the same scale each time and roughly around the same time of day. I go to the gym and weigh about 4lbs less than I do when I come home and weigh myself. It can be very discouraging. I hope you are the lower weight though!0

Biggest thing is that scales do not weigh everyone the same and time of day makes a big difference. I read an article just last week about a person who tested their weight throughout the day and every time she got on the scale, her weight changed - based on what she ate, what she drank, how much she'd gone to the restroom, even the clothing she had on... that's why you should pick one scale and one time of day to really track how you're doing.0

hmm well hour to hour, our body fluctuates in weight, we drink, we eat, we... use the bathroom, to get an accurate weight, weigh yourself first thing in the morning. But i know what you mean, frustrating! but at least you were at a lower weight for your doc lol0

Well Friday is my official weigh in day for me....I'll weigh at the gym and use that weight.....
It is frustrating, and I know I shouldn't concentrate on those numbers so much....regardless of what I weigh I like to see the numbers go DOWN, lol0
