Would you like to be my MFP buddy?? I really need to have friends in my height/weight category on my friend list so I can get an idea of people's goals and what they are doing to achieve them. My short term goal is to get down to 140lbs, long term is 120. I'd like to achieve my LT weight goal within 6 months, which would be about 40 lbs lost. Right now I'm trying to eat around 1300 cals/day and doing Ripped In 30 five times a week as well as doing about an hour of light cardio 2-3 times per week. But I'm honestly not sure if I'm doing enough to meet my goals, so I would love some friend guidance on that! Anyways, if you're starting out at (or have reached and want to keep going) my general stats and are interested in being motivational friends, please FR me!!
