Feeling some soreness

I am in the recovery week of the second phase of P90X. I am on day 57 and have been bringing it from the beginning. For the last few days though I feeling really sore. My muscles and joints are HURTING. Mainly in my knees and hips, a bit in my lower back. Am I missing something in my diet? I don't believe it is an injury just plain 'ol soreness. Anybody have any suggestions to get me feeling back on top again??
