Great article, Thanks.
What it really points out is the need to incorporate both into our fitness programs.0 -
Cardio is great (as I'm sure you know) but simply muscle burns fat.
It is very hard to build a lot of bulk, so workouts with weights will just tone you and help in the burning of fat.
I saw something on the net a few years ago, I'll try to find it and post it.0
