    What it really points out is the need to incorporate both into our fitness programs.

    Cardio is great (as I'm sure you know) but simply muscle burns fat.
    It is very hard to build a lot of bulk, so workouts with weights will just tone you and help in the burning of fat.

    I saw something on the net a few years ago, I'll try to find it and post it.
