??? How change a value on a food without starting all over?

My fingers stuttered and added way to high a value just on sodium, can I correct without re doing whole thing? and if need re do how do I delete 1st entry?

Yes! Just go into your My Foods tab, click on the food to be corrected, and then click on the Edit button in green that appears above it.
