I knew better. Even told myself on the way home from the gym, eat a yogurt when you get home your srarving. Oh no, not me. I get home start trimming up the roast into strips, removing all the fat chunk, etc. Then realize we have no rice, ugh. Walk across the street, no luck. Drive to end of road Yes. By now I done convinced myself, I rather eat my srir fry as soon as it is done, so no yogurt. By the way I LOVE STIR FRY. Therefore, I over indudge. Still under my calories tho, by like 12 and it is only 5 p.m., figure I shouldnt be hungry tho, if so I got celery and carrots n the fridge. Most of my p.m. eating is from boredom tho.

Well, I think its great that you've recognised that we tend to overeat if we're starving hungry. Next time, have the yog!!

That is usually my downfall too. No harm done though, you kept your calories under the bar. I have taken it right down to 0 left...now that took planning. LOL!0
