I have been using mfp for 5 weeks now and I started at 150.I weighed myself at the gym yesterday the first thing in the morning before I ate and it says I lost 2 pounds since. However my clothes feel little bit loose and my sister told me that she can see that I am loosing weight but I am not sure if she is saying that just for encouragement. I want to loose at 20 to 25 pounds that I gained last winter. Here are before and after picture since I have been using this program for 5 weeks

the before pics are on the left

Yes, your link works. Are you keeping track of your inches? For me, that is just as important as what I weigh. It's hard to tell from your pictures if you look significantly different.

Yes it does. It looks like your link goes to your entire album. Not sure if that's what you intended?

You can post individual pics here, by using this.... IMG] Except, don't use caps for IMG, make it small case. as in, img......ob8080.jpg

If you quote my post, you should see the 'code' and you can just copy and paste it, and paste your url over the url I used. I think there's better explanations of how to post pics.

A quick search gave me this.... There's lots more

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/post/new/1210264-quick-refresher-on-how-to-post-pics-gifs?quote=18926645
For the longest time I didn't know how to post a picture or a GIF. So watching random threads and all the cool cats with their posting command knowledge left me left out of the GIF-fy loop. (lol)

But for anyone new who does not know how, here is a little refresher course:

In any post you make, type the letters img between two brackets, then the URL address of the pic/GIF you want to post, then type /img between two brackets.

So for example: [-i-m-g-] blahblahblah.com/picture.yaddayadda [-/-i-m-g-] (REMOVE THE HYPHENS)

For those who'd like to post pictures of themselves, the easiest way people have found is to make a Photobucket account, upload the pictures there, then copy/paste the URL address of the picture.

On that note, it works the same for quotes, for bolding words, and for italics.

[-quote-] whatever you want quoted [-/-quote-]
[-b-] whatever you want bolded [-/-b-]
    etc etc....

    Again, REMOVE those hyphens.

I might be forgetting some commands, but those are the ones that are most frequently used. Hope that helps!

    Just cuz....haha!
