Almost half way to goal

I feels good to almost hit my halfway mark. I have a lot of good habits establish.

A few things I need to work on are

more veggies> fruits
Meat> protein shakes.
More healthier choices for high calorie days.
Budget my money way better than I am right now. I never want to have a starving week again. I lost a lot of my muscle strength.
Make sure sodium intakes are not high
Drink water when I am hungry first, wait 15-20 minutes and if still hungry than eat something healthy.

It is mostly diet because I feel my exercise routine is on point.
