Looking for friends to keep each other motivated and on track. I want to make it into the super fit zone. Don't really know what it will take. I need to hear from people who have done it themselves or who want to make that transformation as well.

I've just finished P90X3, which is a 90 day programme, and I lost a significant amount of bodyfat - I can see a lot more definition.
I was 138lb when I started and 132lbs now.
You want to aim to lose 0.5lb at the most, and be patient, vanity pounds are hard to get off!0
