4 c corn flakes
1 lb fish fillets fresh or frozen
1/2 c milk
3 tsp salt
4 tsp melted butter


375 degrees crush corn flakes fine set aside cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving
combine milk and salt dip fish in milk then in crumbs arrange on well buttered baking sheet or shallow pan sprinkle fish with butter. bake about 20 mins until tender
