Here I go again!

I am a 62 year old female and I need to lose weight for health reasons and am trying again after putting the lbs on over the last 2 years.

I need motiving - scalding when I could do better and praising when I do well. I know this is so sad at my age - I ought to know better :-))

I am quite active. I have a cocker spaniel who needs walking each day. I joined a small cycling group 2 years ago when I bought a bike and then realised I had forgotten how to cycle! Am now going to 3 sessions a week - ranging from 3 miles to 19 miles. I also cycle with a friend from the group and with my husband. Currently I cycle between 15 and 30 miles a week and aim to increase this over time. I also go to a pilates class. But, I obviously eat more to reward myself for this activity and my weight loss has turned into weight gain.
