protein in veggies

Hi. I eat a substantial amount of veggies since I have started doing the jenny craig diet.
Most of the veggies that I buy list 1 gram of protein per serving.
Since I exercise every single day I would like to at least maintain my muscle.
I would like to know if it is smart to count the protein that I am getting from the veggies or not.
Thanks for your thoughts.

You should count it, but it's probably not going to total a substantial amount.
The other day, I ate 2 servings of peas; which equals 8 grams of protein. 2 servings of peas is a lot of peas. 8 grams of protein isn't that much protein.0 -
It may not be as good of quality protein as meat/egg/milk, but its still protein.0

I will count it then. Thanks.0
