    Tortillas filled with scrambled eggs and you can add sausage, bacon or onions. You can freeze enough for the whole week and pop them in the microwave for a couple minutes.

    If you use egg whites, you can make a huge tortilla with eggs, peppers and onions for about 150 calories.

    This helps me out tons!! I get so bored of cereal, toast, etc. Thank you :)

    Great Value maple & brown sugar (SUGAR FREE) oats with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Fills me up and satisfies me every time for less than 200 calories. Add a banana and you're even more good to go.
