:flowerforyou: Hi,

I was referred to this site by my diabetes dietitian to help me with recording my blood sugars and calories. I've been using this app for about a little over a month, and it seems to be helping me stay on track, along with the support of my bf. I was at 189 lbs when i started and am currently at 175 lbs. My goal weight is about 130 lbs, im 5'3. I've struggled with weight for years, my highest was 220 lbs at one point. Sometimes it seems difficult to find meals with low carbs since thats what raises my blood sugar, but I'm trying and I'm determined to become healthy and hopefully get off as many meds as possible. i've had a history of illness since I was 13 y/o with APL and a BMT and later side effects from all the treatments of chemo/radiation and steroids for the transplant. I was diagnosed with T2 Diabetes at the end of 2007 and Necrosis of the knee a couple years ago. I'm beyond tired of feeling sick, unhealthy, fatigue, un-normal, no energy..... I need to loose this weight to be a healthier happier me.

Since I've lost some weight from eating better I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel throughout the day, I feel so much better and I just hope that I can keep this up for my future.

If anyone would like to add me please do so, any support/motivation would be kindly appreciated! And I'll do the same :)

 Thank you for taking the time to read my Introduction. I hope everyone has a great day! *hugs*:flowerforyou:

    I'm glad you're here.
I'm glad the changes you've made in the last month have helped you to see that finding that right fit for your body helps you feel better, and then you can do more and its a Positive new circle!!!!

Support from your BF means so much too.
We are here to help! I don't have diabetes, but my MIL was just diagnosed and she's having to change up all her eating.

Feel free to add me if you'd like.

    Best wishes!
